Bliss Global Corp. trains HVAC technicians in Roseland, Chicago and connects them directly with employers. Every graduate holds NCCER, EPA 608, and OSHA 10 credentials before they walk out the door.
Why hire Bliss Global graduates
Our graduates complete an 8-month, full-time program — not a weekend bootcamp. They arrive at your jobsite with hands-on experience, industry-recognized credentials, and the professional habits that separate reliable hires from turnover problems.
Every graduate holds NCCER HVAC certification, EPA 608, and OSHA 10 before they apply to your company. No waiting on certifications, no additional testing costs on your end.
The curriculum covers heating, cooling, air distribution, copper and carbon steel piping, soldering, brazing, electricity basics, and more — all taught in a hands-on environment by a working industry professional.
Our program runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm for 8 months. Students who complete it have already demonstrated punctuality, commitment, and the ability to follow structured professional expectations.
Every student completes soft skills development including workplace communication, conflict resolution, and professional conduct — because technical competence and interpersonal reliability both matter on a jobsite.
Our graduates are South Side residents. They are trained and living in the communities where many of your commercial and residential jobs are located. No relocation uncertainty. Deep local roots.
Partnering with Bliss Global is free. We introduce you to qualified, credentialed graduates and facilitate the connection. You interview, you decide. No placement fees, no agency markup.
Skills & certifications
These are the three credentials every Bliss Global HVAC graduate earns through the 8-month program. They are the same credentials your current workforce holds — and the same ones your insurance, licensing, and compliance teams expect.
The industry-standard credentials framework used by HVAC contractors, mechanical contractors, and commercial construction employers nationwide. NCCER certification tells you exactly what a technician has been trained to do and verifies it against a national standard.
Nationally portable Industry-standardFederal certification required by law to purchase, handle, and recover refrigerants used in HVAC systems. This is a non-negotiable credential for any technician working on refrigeration or air conditioning equipment. All Bliss Global graduates are certified before graduation.
Federally required All refrigerant typesThe foundational workplace safety certification covering hazard identification, fall protection, electrical safety, and jobsite standards. Many commercial general contractors and project owners require OSHA 10 as a minimum for any technician on their jobsite.

Partnership opportunities
Employers who work with Bliss Global can engage at whatever level makes sense for their company — from a single hire to a structured, ongoing recruitment relationship with our graduating cohorts.
Review resumes, credentials, and skill profiles from our graduating cohort. Interview candidates, make offers. No fees, no intermediary. We make the introduction — you own the hiring decision.
Commit in advance to interviewing graduates from an upcoming cohort. You get priority access to candidates before the general hiring pool, and we tailor student profiles to your hiring criteria where possible.
Structure a formal apprenticeship pathway for Bliss Global graduates at your company. We support the connection to registered apprenticeship frameworks. You build a consistent, trained, local talent supply.
Contribute to the program itself — as a guest instructor, equipment donor, jobsite host for field visits, or advisory voice on curriculum relevance. This is a non-hiring partnership focused on program quality and industry alignment.

Employers with environmental, social, and governance commitments can document their partnership with Bliss Global as a tangible workforce development and community investment initiative — with real outcomes, not just policy statements.
